New outfit Offer brings together electronic artist Jack Armitage (aka PC Music man Lil Data) and Harry Burgess of experimentalists Adult Jazz, presenting us with (perhaps unsurprisingly) experimental electronic output. And it's great. Listen to their enigmatic eponymous recent single, alongside 12 minute (TWELVE!) debut track 'Day Away', below.
The collaborative new material has certainly been unexpected, with Harry Burgess having released a collection of poems and essays entitled 'Toffee Hammer' in the latter half of 2018 while Lil Data building upto releases on PC Music as recently as February. But we'll take it. Particularly 'Offer' and its glitchy goodness, a much more immediate counterpart to their opus of a debut single, which appeared toward the end of last year. It seems we should expect the unexpected.
