Oh looky, London quartet Tellison are back. 'Tact Is Dead' is a pay-what-you-want download, and a taste of a forthcoming album that will be coming out at some point, on Alcopop! Records. There's a few UK tour dates and all. Download the new track below.
2011 single 'Collarbone' still gets a regular spin on my commuting playlist and perhaps there's some space for some new Tellison. 'Tact Is Dead' is a heavier sounding effort, with particular deference to guitar shredding, and there's some angsty lyrics to round things off - "My generation doesn't mean that much to me." The glossiness of the song's video almost feels out of place as a result, but to be fair, it is quite a nice video:
