Competition: Win Mission To Lars DVDs + T-shirt

We rather enjoyed last year's documentary 'Mission To Lars', charting Tom Spicer's journey from Devon care home to Stateside in an attempt to meet his idol Lars Ulrich of the legendary heavy metal outfit Metallica. To celebrate its release on DVD and Blu-ray this week, we're grateful to have some DVDs (and a T-shirt!) to give away so you can enjoy this funny and poignant film at home.

Tom has a condition called Fragile X Syndrome, a form of autism, but he also has a dream - to meet his hero, Lars. Together with his brother and sister, he makes it over to the States to attend a series of Metallica shows in the hope he can meet Lars. It's far from plain sailing though, with familial frustrations and Tom's occasional unease in new surroundings threatening to thwart the mission.

Strangely enough, 'Mission To Lars' isn't really about meeting Lars. It's about following your dreams and trying your hardest to overcome the inevitable difficulties that will pop up along the way. An inspiring message. Read our full review of 'Mission To Lars' here.
