Casual viewers might see the names Russell Crowe and Renee Zellewegger and think that they're the heavy hitters of Ron Howard's boxing biopic. You know better than that though - Paul Giamatti is the real hook here. The man who played King John earlier this year in 'Ironclad' (click for Ced's review), landed an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor with his role as Joe Gould.
