A brief update on Billy of Les Incompétents condition. Since I mentioned his incident on Saturday (here), he has had a 5 hour operation to relieve pressure on his brain but is in a pretty critical state currently.
The police have also issued an appeal for witnesses - "The victim, aged 19 alighted the no.29 bus in Camden Rd, at approx 23.00 on June 22nd. The suspect got off at the same stop and assaulted the victim. The suspect is described as a white male, aged approx 28 yrs, with dark hair and possibly an Australian accent. He was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans." I wish Billy my best of course and if you have information regarding the incident please call CID at Islington on 020 7421 0350 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Now onto two A level students from Cambridge, whose spoof gangsta rap video We Drink Tea has become a massive internet hit recently. I can assure you there isn't that much to do in Cambridge apart from 'keeping it real'. Apparently this involves lots of swearing.
The song was inspired by a video on America's Saturday Night Live tv show called Lazy Sunday featuring two comedians rapping about buying cupcakes then going to see the Chronicles Of Narnia. The British response references things like Winnie The Pooh, Sir Richard Branson and Orlando Bloom. Speaking of whom, have you ever seen Owen Hargreaves and Orlando Bloom in the same room together? Suspicious. It also raises the time-old debate about scones - is it sc-own or sc-on?
Download an mp3 of We Drink Tea from the official website, where you can also download the video and read the lyrics.
Word to your mother.
