We don't usually feature much rap on here - it's not usually our cup of tea. From time to time though, we can be swayed. And when one of my fave producers/mash up artists The Hood Internet is involved, the odds start to get better. Joined by Chicago rapper ShowYouSuck, what AIR CREDITS offers isn't necessarily something that easily fits into one genre - most importantly, we're into it.
Two part debut single 'All I Need' appeared earlier this year, with Show You Suck on the offensive and matched by The Hood Internet's pulsating productions. Their newest track 'So Heavy' is a glorious move into a more serene direction - ShowYouSuck slowing his flow down in this ode to weed, with the evocative, South East Asian-inspired backing fitting in surprisingly perfectly.
We can't wait to hear what they have up their sleeves next...
